Who is your culinary inspiration?Julia Child and Paul Prudhomme, I learned Julia’s technique at the CIA; Julia Child was a trailblazer for women chefs long before her time. Paul Prudhomme a no-frills Cajun chef whose bold flavors and fearless cooking changed the culinary world! What would you do with the $25,000?I would expand my mission that “food is medicine” by taking my culinary education, teaching experiences to a mobile platform, bringing hands-on cooking instruction directly into communities.
