I guess I don't think I have one, but my inspiration has been Chef AJ for about 12 years or so. I love making healthy, clean meals. I'm not Vegan, but I avoid most dairy. I also avoid gluten and soy and processed sugar.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I actually have enjoyed watching every chef from Food Network for many years. I've learned a lot from each chef. Giata de Lorentas, Rachel Ray, Anthony Bordain... So many!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it wisely to help me pay off credit card debt, to help me with retirement, to help me supplement my 2 jobs that barely pay for my monthly expenses... Wisely!
