Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my greatest culinary inspiration. Her love, patience, and passion for cooking taught me that food is more than just taste — it is emotion, comfort, and connection. I am also deeply inspired by Chef Richard Jackson from England, whose remarkable precision, discipline, and dedication to perfection at the age of 70 remain truly admirable.
