I’m from Chennai (Madras), Tamil Nadu, known for its rich seafood cuisine, especially Madras fish curry. I also specialize in Indian vegetarian dishes such as masala dosa, idly, benne dosa, pesarattu, and paneer butter curry. Having worked with Italian and French chefs, my expertise includes wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, and classic desserts like tiramisu, crème brûlée, and cakes.
