My signature dish would be a Nashville Opera Cake. Beautiful layers of chocolate cake soaked in jack Daniel’s whiskey simple syrup, espresso marscapone cream, praline filling and topped with chocolate ganache.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be Amaury Guichon and Kristen Kish.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would first get me and my son and place of our own, pay off my school debt since I am currently enrolled at Auguste Escoffier. Then I would use whatever is left to start up my business!
