What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is definitely steak. I take a lot of pride in making sure every steak is cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. From the seasoning to the sear and temperature, I pay attention to every detail. People always tell me it’s one of the best steaks they’ve had because it’s consistently cooked exactly how they want it and always full of flavor. For me, cooking steak is more than just making food — it’s about creating an experience and showing my passion

Who is your culinary inspiration?

One of my biggest culinary inspirations is Chef Mike Clemente, someone I had the opportunity to work for and learn from directly. What inspired me most about him was his patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for food and the craft of cooking. He taught me that being a great chef is not just about cooking — it’s about passion, consistency, and caring about every plate that leaves the kitchen.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I became the winner, I would put the earnings toward opening my own food truck business, which has always been a huge passion of mine. Cooking has never just been a job to me — it’s something I truly love and take pride in every day. Owning a food truck would give me the opportunity to bring my food, creativity, and personality directly to people while building something for myself and my family. Winning this competition would help turn a longtime dream into a reality
