I don't really have a signature dish. If i had a theme, it would be presentation. I like to make delicious food from scratch, and I love making sure the dish looks as good as it tastes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mother! I learned to cook from her. I'm one of 7 kids, so she was always cooking up a storm, and I liked being in the kitchen and helping her.
What would you do with the $25,000?Fund some of the writing projects I've been working on.
