Receive Text UpdatesI would say my signature dish would be pepper relish meatloaf with brandy mushroom sauce, spicy spinach mashed potatoes, and grilled baby broccoli. But to be honest, my kids would say my best meals are when it looks like there is nothing in the fridge and I just whip up a "mess."
Who is your culinary inspiration?My brother Scott is a professionally trained chef (CIA) and has always been a guide for my culinary endeavors. He has inspired me to start my own catering business after years of front-of-the-house restaurant service. My other siblings would argue that they would have Scott cook a fancy meal but after a night out, my cooking was the go-to.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have been running my own business for over 25 years and have not had a legitimate vacation in that time. Would love to take the wife and two boys to Italy and eat like there is no tomorrow:)
