Receive Text Updates“I’d have to say my gnocchi. I hesitate to call any dish my signature, but these are truly something special. I call them ‘pillows of love’ because they’re incredibly light, delicate, and practically melt in your mouth.”
Who is your culinary inspiration?“First and foremost, my greatest inspiration is God. Every time I create a menu or develop a dish, I pray and allow the creativity to flow naturally. Over the years, I’ve also been deeply inspired by chefs whose passion and craftsmanship have shaped the culinary world, including Jacques Pépin, Lidia Bastianich, Ming Tsai, and Ina Garten.”
What would you do with the $25,000?“If awarded the prize, I would donate a portion to charities close to my heart, including Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Harvest Hands Ministry, which supports families affected by brick kiln slavery in Pakistan. The remaining funds would go directly back into my restaurant for much-needed improvements after an especially difficult winter season.”
