Who is your culinary inspiration?I don't really know if I have one...but if I have to pick somebody, probably Roy choi...someone who left a structured job to go do what he liked
What would you do with the $25,000?Boring answer: pay off some debts and save up for a house. Non-boring answer: vacation! (Always wanted to go to Japan, Australia and New Zealand)
