Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m from San Francisco, where there are a lot of different cuisines. I’m Italian, so that’s one of my biggest inspirations, but I also like incorporating Asian fusion into my cooking because I’ve grown up eating wonderful Asian food in the Bay Area.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help me relocate for my post-grad job. I would probably save and invest the rest.
