Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations begins with my mother and grandmother. They taught me that food is more than a meal. That passion continued with the inspiration from the experience I gained working in the restaurants and I once owned a restaurant. Where I learned the creativity, flavor, presentation, and the importance of serving people with care and hospitality.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would allow me to further enhance my culinary journey and continue serving people food made with love and passion. I would invest in growing my cooking brand, sharpening my skills, and publish a cookbook honoring my mother, preserving our family traditions, recepies, and the love that inspired my passion for cooking.
