Receive Text UpdatesCoal-Smoked Lamb Chops Green goddess lacquer of wild herbs, confit garlic, and charred scallion. Layered over crispy beef tallow potatoes — first poached in an aromatic lemon broth, then shattered golden in cast iron. Finished with a cold cultured yogurt scented with dill oil, fresh mint, and smoked lemon. Topped with Aleppo-spiced toasted pistachios, lamb jus reduction, and burning herb embers at the table.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My cooking comes from the women who raised me my mother and grandmother where food was never just food, it was love, pride, family, and bringing people together. Growing up around Greek traditions, Mediterranean summers, and working in kitchens shaped the way I cook today, fire driven, emotional, generous, and full of energy. I try to blend Mediterranean soul with refined technique to create food that people actually feel and remember.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest it into building the first real foundation of ChefSight AI while investing deeper into myself through advanced business education, mentorship, and experience. The goal wouldn’t just be short-term success, but laying the groundwork for a future solo venture that blends hospitality, technology, leadership, and my long-term vision for modern restaurant culture.
