El flan de abuelo👴🏼 My grandfather famous flan. It was a recipe he mastered while fighting with chemotherapy. I want to let the world try it.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say Anthony bourdain is a big influence. Just the way he would share a meal with anyone just to hear there stories is very inspiring. I would love to continue to share stories and skills.
What would you do with the $25,000?I need to get back to my roots in Puerto Rico. With this money I could start the moving process to go back home to the island and learn from its cuisine and great chefs and one day who knows. I’ll open a place where we can have people come an create new stories and memories.
