Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother was my culinary inspiration. She always made everything from scratch. There was nothing from a box in our house ever and she put so much love into everything she made that I wanted to always continue on her recipes and create my own based on what she taught me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000 I would go to my roots in Sicily Italy and study with the locals of where my grandparents were born on the food that is native to them. I’m very interested in learning from my ancestors.
