Who is your culinary inspiration?I played a roll of a waiter for many years and just the fact that I could get into any kitchen and just come up with something out of nothing would amaze my friends and family. I never thought about measuring or using a recipe until I went to school. But of course now I do use recipes just to make sure I am doing things right in foods I don’t know like German desserts, or Chinese. Until one day a Chef at a restaurant I worked at requested me to go to culinary school cuz he saw potential.
What would you do with the $25,000?What is $25,000 it would be than suffice money to start my business. From buying the equipment that I need to remodeling the kitchen space that I have for this business I would like a small brick and mortar type Mexican buffet for breakfast and lunch .
