Receive Text UpdatesMy kids would probably say my Crying Tiger steak is my signature dish, but they also love my crispy skin salmon, sea bass with miso citrus sauce, and homemade spanakopita. I’m passionate about creating bold globally inspired dishes completely from scratch using clean ingredients and authentic flavors. I love bringing together techniques and traditions from different cultures to create food that feels elevated, comforting, and memorable.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration comes from family recipes, global street food, and the incredible cultures behind them. I’m inspired by chefs and home cooks who create unforgettable meals using real ingredients and authentic techniques instead of shortcuts. I love learning flavors from different regions and finding ways to modernize them while keeping the soul of the dish intact. That passion ultimately inspired me to start FlavorDrop Kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help launch FlavorDrop Kitchen and bring my clean-label globally inspired products to more people. The funding would go toward scaling recipes, packaging, production, and getting products into consumers’ hands faster. Most importantly, it would help turn years of passion, recipe development, and hard work into a growing brand focused on authentic flavor and quality ingredients.
