Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is the everyday Southern home cook, especially the women in my family who could make incredible meals from simple ingredients. I love comfort food, baking, and experimenting in the kitchen while creating meals that bring people together and make them feel at home and loved, no matter where they are.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to pay off debt, invest in culinary training, and work toward opening a small food truck or bakery business focused on comforting homemade Southern food. More than anything, it would give me the chance to turn a lifelong passion for cooking into something bigger for my future and my family.
