It reflects the border-region cuisine I grew up with in Europe — simple ingredients transformed into elegant comfort food through tradition, patience, and storytelling.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration comes from the traditional home cooking I grew up with in Europe — simple, honest dishes made from fresh ingredients and shared around the family table. My mother especially inspired me. She learned cooking from her Bavarian family and, like me, cooked by taste rather than strict recipes. From the age of six, she put me in charge of salads, sauces, and dressings, which sparked my lifelong passion for cooking and flavor.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to grow my cooking channel and share authentic European border-region cuisine with a wider audience. I want to create high-quality videos focused on traditional German, Luxembourg, and Central European dishes, preserve family recipes, improve my filming setup, and continue telling the stories behind the food that shaped my life and culture.
