Receive Text UpdatesAsking a chef what their signature dish is like asking a person what's their favorite kind of underwear! But I will have to say I like to cook with chicken. Doesn't matter how I cook the chicken, grilled, fried, roasted, stuffed...it's all delicious and moist on the inside.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I don't have one. I watch everyone all the time and I've picked up little tricks from everyone. From the Cajun Chef, to the Sioux Chef. For me it's about content not celebrity status.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well after the exuberant gift taxes, I would have enough to get my culinary school bill paid and then start my own businesses.
