My signature dish is Butter Chicken with garlic naan rich flavors, comforting spices and a dish that always brings people together.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is my first inspiration in the kitchen and growing up I learned from chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna through their shows and YouTube. Also, my mother is a wonderful home cook who taught me that food is not just about taste, but about emotions, care and togetherness. Watching her cook made me realize how powerful simple home food can be.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to support my son’s education as he prepares for medical college, helping shape his future as a doctor to serve the community. As a mother, my biggest priority has always been to give my child the best possible foundation in life, both in education and values. Winning Favorite Chef would not just be a personal milestone it would be a stepping stone toward building a better future for my family and helping my son achieve his dream of becoming a doctor.
