Dungeness crab Rangoon cannoli, chives and caviar.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

The mom and pop restaurants cooking the food of their culture. Learning about other peoples food and other flavor profiles are my inspiration.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put it towards opening my own restaurant. Small space serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
