Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be award-winning Chef Matt Coover. As well as award winning Chef William Rich (Chef Billy) they both work for the University of Tennessee. And have shown and taught me more than I could have asked for. These guys are great inspiration on myself and many others. O and I can't forget. GoVols
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open my own food truck, Name it Maddison's place after my daughter. Next I would send her to culinary school so that she can run the business long after I'm gone. We would serve amazing tasting and award winning country style meals.
