Black pepper -to taste French mustard -1.tea spoon Honey -1 teaspoon. Fresh herbs for garnish Mayonnaise for garnish. (1 pea )

Practically speaking, I dont have a specific person in mind. If I want to prepare - let's say,- a fish dish, my first thought- is How to serve it, in a unique and beautiful way. Sometimes, design ideas come to me right before I fall asleep... This is my staring point. After, I am thinking and understand what kind of fish it will be- steamed, fried, or baked- whole or in pieces. Think about compatible products to get tasty not difficult in preparation dish.

I would like to organize a cooking and food decorating school or rent a part of restaurant where I will teach my students how properly approach and prepare Tasty and attractive dishes, how to think ahead, how to use natural dyes ( beets, turmeric, carrots 🥕, red cabbage,natural juices, coffee, teas .... Our eyes also eat and they eat first!
