Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is hard to limit to one according to my family. One consensus are oxtails, turkey wings(braised), and ribs. Everything is done with traditional southern recipes with a Jersey twist.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Sunny Anderson cooks beautifully and sometimes with just the “practical ingredients “. She takes ordinary recipes and transforms them into a piece of culinary art. Chef Carla has made a great impression in my culinary journey just by being so versatile and amazing with ingredients, sweet or savory, just magnificent.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have always wanted to professionally create food since I was a young child. I would love to emphasize on great nutritional soul food that doesn’t compromise taste and reduces waste. I want a small sweet southern diner with a catering service specializing in southern food.
