Who is your culinary inspiration?I am inspired by my maternal grandmother "mama" I loved her cooking and baking and her ability to create wonderful dishes from simple foods. I learned my love of cooking and baking from her. I am also inspired by nature and the amazing edible plants it provides for us. I like to forage and experiment with natures flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?Create creative cooking and baking books, share recipes with the world and work on my own brand of natural cooking products.
