Receive Text UpdatesI would say the answer depends on who you ask. Some would say my risotto, others the creamy leek quiche, a cherished family recipe. Others remember the goat kid with chestnut purée I created for a culinary competition in Portugal, or even a morning porridge, right Charlie? The truth is, my signature isn't one recipe; it's creating dishes that reflects that particular moment.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My first inspiration wasn't a famous chef:it was my family. I grew up around a table filled with love, laughter, incredible food, and people who taught me that cooking is an act of care, an expression of love from one person to another. Those simple meals became lifelong memories. Later, working alongside Jamie Oliver reinforced those same values: respect for ingredients, generosity, and the belief that food has the power to bring people together, creating moments that leave a lasting impression
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in growing my private dining company, expanding my brand, and reaching more people through deeply personalized culinary experiences. Every event I create begins with listening, because no two people are alike. Rather than offering the same formula to everyone, I design each menu around my guests' stories, creating meals that reflect who they are and what they want to express, so the food becomes a natural extension of the people sharing it.
