Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my family, especially the people who taught me how food brings everyone together. Watching meals turn ordinary moments into memories inspired me to take cooking seriously. I also admire chefs who stay creative while keeping food authentic and soulful, because great cooking is about passion, consistency, and making people feel at home.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to invest in my future as a chef by upgrading my kitchen equipment, taking culinary classes, and building my brand. I’d also use part of it to support my family and create opportunities to share my food with more people through events, pop-ups, and content online. This opportunity would help turn my passion into something long-term and meaningful.
