What is your signature dish?

New Haven inspired apizza, thin, charred, and built with intention. Whether it’s a classic tomato pie or something like my vodka sauce, chicken cutlet, and whipped ricotta combo, it’s all about balance, texture, and that perfect bite that makes you stop mid-conversation.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Chefs like José Andrés for purpose, and the everyday cooks who feed their families without recognition. I’m inspired by anyone who understands that food is more than technique, it’s connection, culture, and taking care of people.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest in building Dough Daddy Cooks, creating content that teaches people how to cook simple, meaningful meals for family and friends. I’d also support local restaurants and community kitchens, using food to bring people together and give back. This isn’t just about cooking, it’s about connection.
