Receive Text UpdatesI call it pork on pork crime. Basically a rolled pork tenderloin layered with prosciutto, sauteed spinach onion & bacon. Pan seared finished in the oven. Pan gravy and served over rice.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Competition shows. I love trying new ingredients and dishes. Using up what I have is also my inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?After donating a good chunk to charity and a little into the retirement account, I would use the remainder towards a food truck to launch a new concept.
