What is your signature dish?

The Four Burger: 4 house-ground smash patties stacked with alternating sharp cheddar and white American for the perfect melt and bite. Topped with bourbon caramelized onions, a horseradish bourbon aioli with real heat, and crisp lettuce on a toasted potato brioche bun. Big, bold, messy in the best way!

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I’m inspired by chefs like Roy Choi and Bobby Flay—street food energy with bold, layered flavors, built for real people and real service.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would open my own food truck. To establish a root into the community. Helping me make enough money to maybe take it to the next level into a permanent structure. Where I can put smiles on people's faces with my food.
