Receive Text UpdatesHard to narrow it down but I’ve recently been experimenting with cured meats such as pastrami. I am of Italian heritage so I would say my favorite is variations of spaghetti with shrimp such as Paglia y Fieno I also do a killer Cioppino.

What would you do with the $25,000?I’d like to start a small venture continuing my journey of curing ethnic “Deli” meats.
