Who is your culinary inspiration?I was fortunate enough to be mentored by my dad John Demolfetta, and my uncle Angleo Battistelli, who taught me that good food and quality matter. My dad owned an Italian deli and market, which became our first family business, while my uncle owned an Italian Restaurant after coming from Northern Italy. Their guidance inspired my passion for cooking at a young age and eventually led me to open my family businesses Molfetta's, Bella's Italian Restaurant and Mezza Luna's.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to take a much-needed Vacation. Put some money aside for a rainy day. And I would like to finish creating and developing my cookbook.
