Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m inspired by chefs who create experiences, not just meals. I admire the creativity of chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Grant Achatz, but I’m equally inspired by local chefs, family traditions, and the hospitality side of food. I love blending refined technique with warm, personal service. My goal has always been to make people feel something through food—whether it’s nostalgia, excitement, or connection around the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 directly into expanding Foster’s Finest Foods. My focus would be growing the brand through upscale private dining experiences, corporate catering, cooking classes, and curated events. I’d use the funding for better equipment, marketing, branded materials, and building out unique event experiences that help the business stand out. Long term, this would help lay the foundation for a future brick-and-mortar concept combining elevated food, cocktails, and unfor
