Who is your culinary inspiration?Let’s start with my mother, grandmother and last but most certainly not least would be my lovely wife!!
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000 prize, I would use it to start a food truck business and help my family regain stability during a difficult season in our lives. The money would cover startup costs like equipment, permits, inventory, and branding while also helping with housing and basic needs. Cooking is my passion, and this opportunity would allow me to turn that passion into income, provide for my loved ones, and build a better future for my family and community.
