What is your signature dish?

Slow cooked beef ( any cut, preferably beef shank, or brisket) with my own creation of courvoisier/Hennessy BBQ sauce. Broccoli, and thin spaghetti noodles, with my own alfredo sauce, and garlic bread.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My grandparents, my grandfather is the inventor of Semiconductors, Sanford Hudson Barnes, Emmy lifetime achievement winner, considered one of the top 100 inventors, of all time, being taught in history books, and my grandma Martha Barnes, who was a very elegant woman, who took pride in each meal, she served us. My grandparents were very popular, yet they always spent Thanksgiving with me, every year, and even brought friends along. These world travelers raved, about my food. Giving me confidence

What would you do with the $25,000?

Order a food truck, and bring my signature dishes to the world. Fly my oldest son who's only got less than a year to live, back to Arizona and just do whatever I could to make him comfortable, he was Presidential honor roll, people to people ambassador, college graduate, and he is dying and has dementia at age 37.
