Receive Text UpdatesWhenever I have people coming over, I always reach for my go to Lemony Chicken and Creamy Orzo Dish. It's a fan favorite for everyone. For the kids, you can tell them, "it's chicken nuggets and mac and cheese" to try and get them to eat it (if they're picky). For the adults, I get to introduce them to orzo, and personally everyone should know about orzo. This is for sure a compliment-worthy dish, and I always adjust the spice depending on who is coming, so it's compliments galore every
Who is your culinary inspiration?Honestly, everyone who hosted a food show back in the 2000's. Some of my personal favorites are Adam Richman, Andrew Zimmern, and most recently the Duchess of Sussex. Adam helped me never learn how to cook for less than 4 people, because I love big portions. Andrew taught me to just try any and everything in the kitchen, no matter how weird it might sound. As an eldest daughter, I was born to host, so Megan really has been helping me prioritize what my guests may not need, but deserve!
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm currently preparing to become a mom, and I want to be able to be extremely present, while I work on my private chef business, so I'd set aside $10k so that the first few years of my child's life are covered. My dream has always been to be a private chef, so I'd use $5k to jumpstart my business and in turn would be able to afford quality ingredients for hosting dinners for bachelorette parties/family affairs/parties and the rest to complete my baby bucketlist!
