I HAVE SO MANY DISHES THAT MEANS SO MUCH TO ME BUT WILL HAVE TO SAY MY CHICKEN SOUP IT HAS SO MANY RUSTIC VEGATABLES AND SMELLS LIKE AUTUMN, ITS JUST SOMETHING ABOUT THAT SOUP THAT CALMS AND HEALS EACH PERSON WHO HAS IT AND THAT WARMS MY HEART. ALWAYS MAKE EVERYTHING WITH LOVE CAUSE THATS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS.
Who is your culinary inspiration?MY CULINARY INSPIRATION IS ANTHONY BOUDIN, WATCHING HIM AND LISTENING TO HIM ON HOW TO, WHAT NOT TO DO, WHAT YOU CREATE AND THE REFLECTION ALSO, HOW HE CARED AND LOVED FOOD REALLY MEANT ALOT TO ME. YOU'D BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH WE LEARN AND GROW NOT BY THE PEOPLE WE MEET BUT THE ONES WE DO NOT; THAT INSPIRE US TO THE CORE AND JUST MAKES YOU WANT TO BE GREAT.
What would you do with the $25,000?I WOULD LOVE TO START UP A FOOD TRUCK. IT HAS BEEN A DREAM, NOW A GOAL OF MINES. TO SERVE PEOPLE DELICIOUS AFFORABLE FOOD MADE WITH LOVE AND CARE. HAND CRAFTED AND FLAVORFUL DRINKS CORKY CHEV CREATIONS LLC WANTS TO TAKE PEOPLE ON AN EXPERIENCE THEY WILL NEVER FORGET LEAVING YOU WANTING MORE.
