Pasta Al Limone was one of the first dishes I actually perfected. Al dente bucatini tossed in a lemon-parmesan cream. This has become a staple and I love it with seared steaks or chicken cutlets.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My first culinary inspiration will always be my Grandma. She taught that food wasn’t just about eating but something to bring you closer to others.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would enroll in a culinary program and finish becoming a Certified Executive Chef.
