My signature dish has to be homemade meatballs and baked potatoes. It may seem really simple but with the right ingredients it really shows who I am as a cook.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Most people would say a famous chef or someone who has worked many resturaurants with tons of experience, I would say my Dad. My Dad was a really good cook, and business man. He owned a food truck and let me work there. When he got really sick I can remember myself really upping my game in cooking. I would cook every day for him and when he passed away I knew that culinary was what I wanted to do with my career, he is the reason I love cooking so much
What would you do with the $25,000?The first thing I would do is pay off culinary school, the next thing I would do is save it for the future of the restaurant I will own one day. This would be such a blessing to have and I hope to make my Dad proud even if I dont win, it is still such an experience and honor just to be i the running
