“My signature dish?" Every dish I make from scratch becomes a signature dish. That’s the heart behind my cooking — homemade, intentional, and full of flavor every single time. From comforting classics to beautifully plated creations, I pour my creativity and passion into every recipe, which is exactly what you’ll see!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the memories I’ve carried since childhood. My mom introduced me to the true taste of homemade food — meals made with love, warmth, and care — and that became the foundation of my passion for cooking. My grandparents also filled my childhood with unforgettable memories through their favorite dishes, flavors that still inspire me today. Those experiences shaped the way I cook: heartfelt, homemade, and made to create lasting memories for others.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I would invest in my culinary education to continue growing and refining my skills in the kitchen. It would also help me pursue my dream of publishing my own cookbook filled with the homemade recipes and family-inspired dishes that shaped my passion for cooking. Most importantly, I would use it as a foundation to potentially start my own business — a brand built around homemade food, tradition, creativity, and bringing people together through meaningful meals.
