Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my daughter Chanelle Ny’Ree, her strength, love and appetite always kept me on my toes in the kitchen. She was fighting cancer for 7 years of her life and the one thing that brought us closer was experimenting recipes according to her new taste buds. It was always magical. Unforgettable memories shall live on through new innovative ways which is through my food. Elevating all our favorites for anyone to love, is always the goal. She was my real life guardian angel. #SHE
