What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000, I would invest it into building community through food. I’d create more pop-ups, chef collaborations, and mentorship opportunities for young cooks trying to break into the industry. I’d also use it to travel through Japan and Taiwan to study traditional techniques, regional ingredients, and hospitality culture so I can continue evolving my style and bring those experiences back to my guests.
