Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmothers have always been my inspiration!! My mom’s mother comes from an American-German background and my dad’s mother is Hispanic-Indian. Both have shown me skills and given talents that my foundation of cooking is based on!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve worked done the restaurant life for so long that it’s made me realize I don’t want that kinda stress from own one. I want a food truck but something more then a kitchen on wheels, I wanna create something I can cook in but also travel in so I can go from city to city, state to state sharing my passion of what I love to do with anyone willing to come an try it!
