Who is your culinary inspiration?During my time cooking in Paris, France, I found profound inspiration in Chef Nicolas Beaumann of Maison Rostang, as well as in Chef Carla Hall’s resilience in the face of adversity. While Beaumann’s two Michelin stars reflect an extraordinary standard of excellence, it is his humility and relentless work ethic that truly define his greatness.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would launch my own food truck—bringing my signature dishes to life and turning my passion into a purpose-driven business. I’d grow my audience through platforms like favchef.com while giving back by providing meals for local hospital patients and families facing food insecurity during difficult times.
