My signature dish is Coconut Shrimp with a sweet/spicy red coconut curry sauce and pickled radishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my mom. It did not matter how busy, how tired, how stressed, she was. My mom would always make sure I had food in my belly. Im my family food is love. And that is why food grew to be my love language and the love is what inspires me to cook.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I will give half of the money to my parents so they can put it towards buying a house. I will also be donating some of the money to Emma’s Torch, a Non-Profit organization that helps refugees through culinary education. The rest will go towards my personal business
