Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother. She gave me the gift of teaching me the art of cooking and making it my greatest passion because food created and delivered with love puts a smile on peoples faces that lets me know I’ve made them feel special and some of the most important conversations I’ve had with some of the most important people in my life have stemmed from sharing a meal that inspires them to pour their hearts out. Whenever asked where I get it from O’tilia Diamos is the answer.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to further my education in nutrition and teaching others on how to use food and laughter as medicine. My dream is to continue my life long project of compiling recipes and photos of all my culinary creations I would like to have published to be passed onto generations in a comedy style cookbook.
