My New England clam chowder is probably one of my most rewarded dishes, being from Puerto Rico, it always amazes people specially if they are from places like the Boston area, I can make such amazing chowder.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have to say that my Dad is one of my biggest inspirations, he is not a professional chef but his passion for food and cooking goes beyond that. Since we were kids he was always whipping up recipes and making cool things for us to eat some were amazing some inedible sometimes hehe, but he really loved keeping it fun for us. Every time I cook something new and good I try to make sure he tries it and approve it for me!
What would you do with the $25,000?I honestly would use it to fix my kitchen a little. It’s one of the most important places in the house, is where we spend the most times and where a lot of great ideas come to life. And my favorite place to be, cooking for family, and friends. But it is a little old and tired and needs a little love.
