What is your signature dish?

Wasabi crusted Pampano with oven roasted Artichoke Hearts, Roma Tomatoes and Red Onions Tossed with Spring Greens and a Soy Ginger Vinaigrette with Creamy Mashed Red Bliss Potatoes

Who is your culinary inspiration?

One of my biggest culinary inspirations was my father. He enjoyed food and was always trying to recreate dishes that he would have out dining. He would call me and ask me to join him so we could dissect the flavors and go home to try it for ourselves. I also grew up watching Julia Childs and following many other chefs on television. Traveling and trying new foods has also inspired my cooking.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to open back a storefront that did carry out and incorporated vintage treasures as well. Beautiful pre loved silverware and dishes that patrons couldn’t resist when grabbing their lunch. The kitchen needs a new oven as well.
