My signature dish is tamarind duck, a dish that reflects my passion for bold, balanced flavors. I combine the rich, savory taste of duck with the sweet and tangy depth of tamarind to create something both comforting and refined. It represents my style of blending technique, creativity, and strong flavor contrasts while crafting memorable dining experiences through carefully prepared food

My culinary inspiration comes from the connection between food, culture, and memory. I’m inspired by bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and techniques that turn simple dishes into meaningful experiences. I love blending comfort with creativity—whether through slow-cooked sauces, fire-grilled dishes, or handmade pastas. Cooking, to me, is about bringing people together and creating meals that leave a lasting impression

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to travel to other countries and taste the street food there, could bring inspiration to create a fusion street food with a twist
